Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide an exceptional shopping experience by offering product knowledge, advice, and solutions to meet customer's needs.

Sales & Performance: Drive sales through effective management of product displays, stock levels, and merchandising, ensuring high store performance.

Stock Management: Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate records.

Store Operations: Maintain the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

Training & Development: Coach and develop staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within lighting, homeware, or a similar sector.

Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing people and fostering a high-performance culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
