This is an opportunity for an experienced transport assistant. We have day shift on offer. You will be joining a fantastic team, working in a multi-purpose warehouse environment, located in Lytton.

Shift times: 5:00am-1:00pm
Pay rate: $37-$43

The role

• Release QA hold orders promptly, ensuring all quality standards are met before
  dispatch.
• Create detailed check-off sheets and manifests for each truckload.
• Handle CHEP and pallet documentation accurately.
• Communicate proactively about any delayed loads.
• Order and manage stock of Corflute for transportation needs.
• General warehouse duties
• Generate dispatch paperwork using SAP and Cario systems.
• Perform PGI and create shipping notifications (SN) in SAP.
• Create and verify freight labels for interstate and customer-specific deliveries.
• Scan and save all local PODs into designated shared folders.
• File all completed dispatch documentation-signed manifests, CHEP records, and
  other relevant paperwork-both physically and digitally.

To apply you will need

• A valid Australian Forklift licence (LF) - not needed but handy to have
• Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
• Prior experience in transport/logistics or a similar role
• Working knowledge of SAP and Cario systems (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
