Transport Innovators are one of the largest independent transport refrigeration/trailer repair companies in Australia. We are looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our expanding team in High Wycombe to assist with the servicing and repairs on Trucks and other heavy vehicles. You will be working within the team as well as autonomously to repair our customer’s trailers and equipment.

Role Responsibilities:
• Undertake day to day truck repair and maintenance activities to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Servicing and maintaining trucks as per the customer requests.
• Ensure good liaison with Operations staff on vehicle availability against maintenance schedule, making sure vehicles are maintained and ready to use as required.
• Respond to, investigate and repair vehicle defects as notified by drivers.

Skills and Experience
• Trade qualification as a Mechanic or equivalent or relevant experience
• Experience in maintaining trailers is essential
• Have a strong adherence OH&S and in keeping as safe workplace
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as required
