About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our home care team based in Bangholme. This role offers flexibility and can be either part-time or full-time (4–5 full days per week), depending on your availability.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced RN to support clients in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life through high-quality clinical care and case coordination.

About You:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in aged care, community, or home care nursing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
