QFS Solutions is a rapidly expanding, dynamic business based in Rocklea, QLD, and we’re currently seeking Experienced HC Semi Tipper, Walking Floor, and Semi Vacuum Tanker Drivers to join our team.

Due to increased demand and a growing workload, we're offering full-time positions for professional drivers ready to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

📍 About the Role:

Work across South East Queensland: Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW

Mostly day shift work, with occasional Saturdays as required

Full-time opportunities with above-award wages

Fleet includes Semi Tippers, Vacuum Trucks, Water Tankers, and Walking Floors

Consistent schedules and overtime available

Immediate start available for the right candidate

🚛 Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Following all WHS legislation and guidelines.

Follow all Management directives.

Follow and abide by all road and site-specific rules and guidelines.

Completing your paperwork daily (including pre-starts on vehicles).

Maintain professional image both on the road and on-site.

👷 About You:

You have a current HC driver’s license (or higher) – with a clean driving record.

You take pride in your job, representing the company on site and on the road.

You are self-motivated and willing to learn.

Punctual and reliable

You can work independently.

Must be available to work Monday-Saturday.

✅ Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have the following:

Heavy Combination or Multi Combination Truck License.

Construction Industry White card.

Demonstrated relevant industry experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug screen (if requested).

Able to provide 2 x recent work-related references.
