The Role

Ideal for a senior physiotherapist with a passion for leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape clinical standards, mentor a supportive team, and engage with the community. You’ll manage a diverse caseload—including private, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, DVA, and aged care clients—while enjoying the flexibility to pursue your clinical interests in a well-equipped clinic.

Job Type

Flexible (Part-time or Full-time, including evenings and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Oversee and enhance the quality of physiotherapy services, ensuring best practices are upheld

Mentorship: Guide and support junior physiotherapists and allied health staff, fostering professional growth

Patient Care: Manage a diverse caseload, developing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest research and integrate innovative approaches into practice

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy

5+ years’ work experience

Australian working rights

Current AHPRA registration and Victorian Working with Children Check

Driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle

Extensive experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting

Proficiency in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling

Specialised knowledge in Women's Health, including Antenatal and Postnatal Physiotherapy

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development
