We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to fill temp shifts across aged care facilities in Bendgio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible work, can adapt quickly to different environments, and is committed to delivering high-quality care to older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care such as showering, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  
  
• Assist with residents' mobility, meals, and daily living activities
  
  
• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
  
  
• Adhere to care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control protocols
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in an aged care facility in Australia
  
  
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  
  
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  
  
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate (as per current health regulations)
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
  
  
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
