About the role

Willbuilt Co is seeking a talented and experienced residential Carpenter to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland for an immediate start. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, and maintenance of a variety of home renovations and new builds. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and complete carpentry tasks

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble components to construct or repair structures

Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures with precision and care on renovations or new builds

Perform maintenance and repair work on existing structures

Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure successful project completion

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all relevant safety protocols

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in carpentry, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry

Demonstrated experience as a residential Carpenter, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as carpentry equipment

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Commitment to safety and a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
