TPSC is a well-established, service-driven, family-run, swimming pool and spa maintenance business, primarily servicing clients in Melbourne’s north and north-west area.

We operate a busy retail storefront, have an extensive on-site service offering, and are rapidly growing our online and e-commerce presence.

We are looking to further grow our team and are looking for a full-time pool and spa technician to join our team.

On-the-job training will be provided by closely working with our highly experienced team who will support you to develop the required skills to succeed in a fast-growing and highly demanded industry.

As a member of our service team, you will build the skills and gain the knowledge required to complete tasks such as:

• Regular Pool/Spa Maintenance at client premises – including cleaning, water chemistry, and equipment checks.
• Equipment installs – including new equipment, upgrades, modifications and system enhancements.
• Equipment maintenance
• Problem Troubleshooting and Resolution
• Building and developing client relationships.
• Occasional retail and warehouse work

Ideal candidates for this new position would have/be:

• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and driven to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
