Our client requires an AP Officer to join their team on a temp to permanent basis, roughly 4 weeks temp then continue to perm.

Role

• Process accounts payable transactions with accuracy
• Match and code invoices for timely payments
• Assist with reconciliations and support the finance team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Perform general accounts admin and data entry
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required

Skills + Experience

• Minimum 2 years AP experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to hit the ground quickly
• Problem solver
• Good knowledge of Excel
• A proactive member within a team
• Full working rights required
