About the Role

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll deliver expert tax consulting to a diverse client base with complex business structures and sophisticated needs. Your scope will include:

Advising on strategic tax matters, working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders

Managing key client relationships and overseeing delivery excellence

Mentoring and developing your team to achieve their potential

Contributing to thought leadership, firm growth and external engagement

Driving business opportunities across new and existing client groups

About You

You're an experienced tax specialist with 10+ years in Australian tax advisory, and you bring:

CA, CPA or CTA qualifications (or in progress)

Deep knowledge of Australian tax legislation, including CGT, Div 7A, GST, FBT, payroll & international tax

Experience with multi-entity groups and technically complex structures

Strong commercial acumen and a client-centric mindset

Confidence in mentoring and developing teams

The ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and contribute to the firm's success
