About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and renovation work, with the ability to contribute effectively across various project sizes.

Our factory is based in Clayton South however, our projects are located throughout Port Phillip and South-East Melbourne.

Your primary focus will be on general building works, including both small scale jobs and larger construction and renovation projects.

Key Skills

Extensive experience in carpentry and general construction

Proficient in a range of building trades including tiling, plastering, painting, joinery modifications, and general labour

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to on-site challenges

Effective time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors

Key Requirements:

Qualification in carpentry

Valid driver’s licence and a reliable Ute/Van with roof racks and toolboxes

Own set of tools

Intermediate computer skills (e.g. job management software, email communication)

Professional presentation, including maintaining a neat appearance and wearing the company uniform
