Casual Support Worker – Immediate Start (Sunshine Coast)

This is a rare opportunity to step into 28–35 hours a week with no slow build-up – just straight into meaningful work with families who need you.

We’re looking for a warm, experienced support worker to step into a well-established role with regular weekly hours across afternoons and weekends. You’ll be working with a mix of children and adults with a range of support needs – ASD, ADHD, PDA, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and complex mental health.

What you need to bring:

A Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent)

Blue Card + NDIS Worker Screening

A valid licence and your own reliable car

Experience supporting kids and adults

Availability in the afternoons and weekends

Confidence working independently across the Sunshine Coast

Bonus points if you also:

Have experience with NDIS participants

Can work additional hours during school holidays

Bring creativity, initiative, and a calm, grounded presence
