The Role:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families, developing creative, personalised therapy programs that make communication both accessible and exciting. You’ll split your time between individual sessions and group work, collaborating with behaviour consultants, allied health assistants, and other team members to create well-rounded, impactful support plans. Additionally, you’ll be an advocate for your clients by writing reports to support NDIS funding requests, ensuring they get the resources they need.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Assessment & Intervention: Conduct assessments and deliver tailored intervention plans for children with a range of communication needs—supporting them to connect, communicate, and grow!
Collaborate & Communicate: As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to client plans and oversee programming for allied health assistants, helping ensure a smooth, engaging experience for everyone involved.
Engage & Empower: Use innovative, client-focused approaches to help kids build skills and independence, with plenty of support from our experienced team.
Stay Curious & Keep Learning: Dive into ongoing professional development opportunities, peer mentoring, and supervision to keep you inspired and at the top of your game.

Essential Criteria:
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with children and families.
