FNQ Truck & Diesel is a locally owned Diesel Fitting company. We service Cairns and the Far North and we are continuing to grow every day. We have a fully equipped workshop, work truck and work ute to complete all services on and off site. We offer a variety of services for a vast range of trucks, earthmoving equipment, cranes and forklifts.

Qualifications & experience:
Must have experience with trucks & earth moving equipment
Good electrical and hydraulic fault diagnosing skills
Air conditioning knowledge advantages

Tasks & responsibilities:
Servicing, repairs, general maintenance, field breakdowns, aircon (licenced and approved), latest scan tool technology, electrical work, welding.
Carry out servicing and repairs to all types of trucks, light vehicles, earthmoving equipment, forklifts, cranes and much more while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and correctly with 100% quality assurance
Be presentable, proactive and communicate well with management and customers
Require driver’s licence. HR or truck licence would advantage applicants.
Follow safe work policies/practices
Require your own basic tooling and willing to continue to build up tooling required for the role

Benefits:
Permanent position after 3-month probationary period. Training provided if required in certain fields.
