Our range now spans over 40 countries across the continent – and our team shares a deep passion for exploring them.

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Reservations Consultant to join our Sydney-based team.

You’ll be supporting travellers and agents as they plan their UTracks journey – whether it's walking the Camino, cycling the Danube, or hiking through the Dolomites. First-hand experience of active travel in Europe is essential, as is your enthusiasm for helping others find their perfect trip.

About You
You thrive in a customer-focused role, and ideally have some reservations experience in the travel industry (though not essential). You bring:

A passion for Europe and active travel – with first-hand walking or cycling trip experience

Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

A confident and professional communication style

A proactive mindset and enjoy taking initiative

Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly

The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

What the Role Involves

Managing bookings and client files throughout the reservations process

Supporting our valued travel agent partners

Preparing client documentation, including confirmations and travel packs

Managing private group reservations

Assisting with flights (ticketing and bookings)

Participating in travel expos and special events
