About the role

Join the dynamic team at Hand Rail Industries' as a full-time Warehouse Dispatch (Pick Packer) in our Epping, VIC 3076 facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and dispatching customer orders, playing a vital part in the overall success of our warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

Accurately pick, pack and label customer orders ensuring all items are in pristine condition

Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner to meet customer delivery requirements

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

Assist with receiving and unloading of incoming stock deliveries

Conduct regular stock counts and identify any discrepancies

Replenish and rotate stock

General warehouse duties with the ability to lift up to 10-25kg items

Provide exceptional friendly customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to continuously improve processes

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment, preferably in a pick/pack role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent English literacy skills

Effective communication and customer service skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Willingness to be a team player with a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive work culture
