About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Concrete Batcher to join our team for the Morgan-Whyalla Pipeline Project. Our involvement in this project is expected to span over 3+ years and offers a full-time, long-term role based in Morgan, SA & Surrounding areas. You’ll work in a small team (3-6 people) producing SA Water Specified ready-mix concrete from a mobile batching plant for various locations along the pipeline alignment.

This position offers a 10:4 roster (10 days on, 4 days off) with 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm), providing the perfect balance between work and time off. We’re looking for operators with minimum 12 months’ experience in the concrete industry who can commit to the demands of this long-term project.

Intended Start Date: 24th June 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Electronic Mobile Batching to produce SA Water Spec Concrete

Work as part of a small, efficient team ensuring timely deliveries and safe operations.

Perform daily pre-start checks and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained daily.

Programming concrete orders

Planning & Ordering of concrete materials

Organising & Co-ordinating concrete truck drivers and delivery timings

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate documentation and report any issues or delays.

Operations of plant loader for loading product bins and general plant maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in the concrete industry.

Experience operating batching concrete

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Ability to work well in a small team and follow instructions.

Must hold White Card
