The Role

As our Lead Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in:

Providing high-quality clinical care to patients across a range of general and cosmetic dental treatments

Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical team to ensure best practices and exceptional patient outcomes

Collaborating with practice management to drive clinic performance, compliance, and continuous improvement

Building strong relationships with patients and fostering a culture of trust and care

Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and promoting clinical excellence within the team

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a dentist and full working rights in Australia

Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
