Established Land & Engineering surveying company looking for a reliable, professional surveyor to assist with calculations, field work & drafting. Our work area is from Batemans Bay to Berry, with majority of clients being within the St Georges Basin & Jervis Bay area. We currently are seeking an experienced surveyor who is familiar with NSW cadastral boundary calculations in older areas. (not just greenfield estates).

Salary will be based upon proven experience.

Currently using Leica total station and GNSS equipment.

The NSW south coast is a great place to live, work and raise a family. Minimal traffic and great beaches to swim, surf and fish.

Small Land & Engineering Surveying company with a variety of work. We can support and assist where needed and have a friendly work environment.

Flexible hours can be arranged, we need a surveyor & a draftsperson to fulfil our current obligations.

Potential to move to full time for the right person.

Qualifications & experience

Diploma in Surveying or related qualification &/or NSW cadastral surveying experience.

Must have at least two years NSW Cadastral Experience with ability to work unsupervised and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients appropriately.

Magnet office and Autocad/Bricscad experience is essential.

Graduate surveyors are welcome to apply and supervision for registration can be provided for a suitable & willing person.

Tasks & responsibilities

Report directly to Registered Land Surveyor. Main work includes Cadastral Surveying, Contour & Detail Surveys & Building & Construction Setout.
