About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Solar and Battery Electrician to lead our installation team. This is a full-time position and is available for an immediate start.

This role will suit an SAA-accredited electrician with 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial solar and battery installations. Who understands the importance of communication, Quality workmanship, safety and time management. This role has growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will require the following licences:

SAA Accreditation

NSW Electrical license

NSW Safety white card

Current manual drivers licence

Working at heights (desired)

Asbestos awareness (desired)

EWP yellow card (desired)

Duties

· Grid Connect Solar System installation and commissioning

· Battery system installation and commissioning

· EV charger installations and commissioning

· Roughing in/fitting off

· Installation of lights, power, data cables

· General electrical service/maintenance

· Commercial and residential construction projects

· Switchboard installation and maintenance

Essential selection criteria

· Drivers Licence

· Construction Industry Safety Induction Card

· Sound judgement and demonstrated organisational ability, time management and problem-solving skills

· Own tools of trade

· Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised to strict deadlines

· Collaborative work style

· Honest and reliable

· Focus on continuous improvement

Desirable selection criteria

Experience in residential and commercial solar installations

Working at Heights Certification

Electrical Licence

SAA Accreditation
