Resolve Performance is a premium 1-on-1 personal training studio in Burleigh Heads, and we’re hiring again after just onboarding a new coach - demand keeps growing and we need another strong addition to the team.

This is a rent-free casual role with clients provided, weekly mentoring, and a clear pathway to progress - ideal for a coach who thrives working 1-on-1, gets consistent client results, and genuinely wants to master their craft in a high-standard environment.

You’ll be working with busy professionals and high performers who are serious about change. We offer structured progression through our Coaching Levels Framework, with built-in education, support, and pay increases as you grow.

Our team trains weekly, follows proven systems, and invests heavily in ongoing education.
