Complete Care Disability Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Support Workers to join our caring team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with life-limiting conditions, including Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

We provide care for participants in their own homes across North Brisbane, Moreton Bay & Inner City regions. You will work closely with participants and families to ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life at every stage of care.

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)

Ideally 12 months or more experience in the sector supporting participants specialising in Palliative care - practical experience in peg feeding, hoisting, suctioning

Empathetic, reliable and able to work independently

Current First Aid and CPR Certification

Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Card

Valid Driver’s License
