About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Trade Assistant to join our client based in Middle Swan for a full-time, permanent role. This position is available for an immediate start due to growing demand and increased workload. You will be working alongside skilled tradespeople, assisting with the maintenance and repair of vehicles and machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Support tradespeople in the workshop with maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including trucks, vehicles, and small machinery.
• Ensure safe and correct use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work-space.
• Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a workshop or trade-based environment is essential.
• Exposure to metal work, heavy vehicles, or similar trades.
• Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve on the job.
• Formal trade qualifications are not essential - hands-on experience is what matters most.
