They’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead operations at one of their flagship locations on the Gold Coast. This is a fast-paced, high-volume store that needs a confident leader who thrives under pressure, knows how to build strong teams, and can drive great service and results day in, day out.

What do you do?

• Inspire and motivate your team, driving a positive, high-energy environment that keeps everyone engaged
• Oversee rostering, recruitment, stock management, and ensure compliance, with guidance from the Manager
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans to help your team grow
• Take responsibility for profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Lead the Local Matters program, supporting local causes and building strong relationships within the community

What do you need?

• 2+ years experience in QSR and drive-thru operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
• A knack for maintaining speed, efficiency and quality - even during peak times.
• A passion for building a strong team culture and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass a National Police Check
