About the role

Rostrevor Group is seeking experienced Loader Operators / Mobile Crushing professionals to join our team in Epping, VIC. As a Loader Operator / Mobile Crushing team member, you will play a vital role in our construction projects, operating heavy equipment to load and crush materials efficiently and safely. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

Operate front-end loaders and mobile crushing equipment safely and effectively

Load materials such as rocks, gravel, and soil onto trucks and other transport vehicles

Crush and process materials to specific sizes and specifications

Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance and inspections

Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Loader Operator or Mobile Crushing Operator in the construction industry

Proficient in operating a range of heavy equipment, including front-end loaders and mobile crushers

Strong understanding of crushing and screening processes, as well as knowledge of material handling and storage

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of safe work practices

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., heavy vehicle, high-risk work)
