Golden Grove High School is seeking a committed and compassionate Youth Worker (SSO3) to join our student support team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the wellbeing, engagement, and development of our young people, with a focus on building strong relationships, resilience, and pathways for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support for students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges

Assist in implementing wellbeing programs, student engagement initiatives, and early intervention strategies

Collaborate with teachers, leadership, families, and external services to support student needs

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
