Following this growth, they are looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to drive more robust and timely insights across their business.

The Role

As FP&A Manager managing a team of four, you will be a pivotal player in supporting financial and commercial operations. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and collaborating closely with the CFO and business unit leadership teams, this role positions you at the heart of our company's strategic decision-making processes. Key responsibilities will include:

• Engage with business unit executives to provide robust and timely commercial support and business planning.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for quarterly, annual, and mid-term business plans.
• Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure sustainability.
• Review business cases to align with key strategic plans and benchmarks.
• Identify revenue-enhancing opportunities and provide actionable insights.
