Leap Health offers flexibility—whether you’re after a casual role, part-time hours, or the ability to work school-friendly shifts, they’ll tailor a position to suit your lifestyle. All work-related tasks such as documentation, programming, and meetings are included in your paid time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services in a clinical setting
Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal client outcomes
Support clinical excellence and contribute to a positive team culture
Engage in professional development and mentoring (as a mentor or mentee depending on experience)
What we’re looking for:
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA registration (or working towards)
CPR & First Aid certification
A passion for client-centred care and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
Experience in private practice, musculoskeletal, or sports rehabilitation is highly regarded (but not essential)
The Organisation
Leap Health is a trusted provider of allied health services across Tasmania, known for exceptional client care, strong professional relationships, and a team-oriented workplace culture. Their modern clinics are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the team is passionate about learning, mentoring, and professional growth.
What’s on offer?
Competitive salary above award rates
Flexible hours and roster options (ideal for work-life balance)
Professional development support, including allowances and in-house training
Paid time for documentation, programming, and meetings
Clinical mentoring and career progression pathways
Opportunity to build your caseload in line with your interests (e.g., sports, rehab, women’s health)
A supportive, fun, and values-driven team culture
