Bright Spark Recruitment is partnering with several leading government education providers to recruit passionate and experienced English language teachers for adult learners. We have a mix of opportunities available across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the South West Region (including Toowoomba, Warwick, Inala, Ipswich, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Biloela)
Whether you have experience in AMEP, ELICOS, or community education, we welcome applications from teachers who meet the TESOL qualification criteria and are looking for meaningful, long-term teaching opportunities.

About the Role
As an English language teacher, you’ll:
Deliver engaging English lessons to adult learners
Adapt content and assessments to suit diverse learner needs
Create a respectful, inclusive, and practical learning environment
Contribute to planning and maintain basic class admin
What You’ll Bring
A postgraduate TESOL qualification
An undergraduate degree
Experience teaching English to adult learners (including in ELICOS or AMEP settings)
A positive, learner-focused approach and strong communication skills
