About the role

SARAH JADE HAIR' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team in our busy and fun Bondi Junction salon. We are open to full-time, part-time candidates applying for this role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our loyal clientele. Experience in the following is highly regarded and prioritised:

Foiling

Balayage

Extensions - Tape and Weft methods (further training provided)

Cutting

Styling

What you'll be doing

Foils, Balayage, Colour services

Colour Corrections

Extension Installation and maintenance

Staying up-to-date with the latest techniques

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Assisting with salon operations as part of the team, such as stock management and maintaining a clean and organised work area

Mentoring and training emerging stylists to develop their skills on a daily basis

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a qualified stylist

Exceptional skills in the above

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a tailored experience for each client

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to continuous learning
