🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be a key part of our roofing team, bringing your expertise to a wide range of projects across residential and commercial sites. From maintenance, new installations to diagnostics and quoting, you’ll take ownership and pride in the work you deliver.

Tin Roof Installations & Repairs – Complete high-quality installations, replacements, and patch repairs to metal roofs.

Gutters, Downpipes & Rainwater Systems – Install and service all drainage systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

Roof Diagnostics & Preventative Maintenance – Identify issues early, provide proactive solutions, and reduce call-backs.

Quoting & Scoping Jobs – Meet with clients, assess site conditions, and provide clear, confident quotes and work plans.

Tiled Roof Experience a Bonus – While not required, you may assist on tiled roofing projects depending on your skills.

Maintenance Plumbing – If you’ve got the knowledge, you’ll also contribute to maintenance plumbing jobs.

Site Safety & Compliance – Ensure every job site meets Australian standards and safety protocols.

Client & Team Communication – Be the go-to for clients and team leads, keeping communication smooth and expectations clear.

Mentorship Opportunities – Help guide apprentices or newer team members if you're ready to step into a leadership mindset.

👷‍♂️ About You:

Experienced – 2+ years working with tin roofs and a solid understanding of roofing and plumbing systems.

Bonus Skills – Experience with tiled roofs or maintenance plumbing is an advantage (but not essential).

Confident Quoter – You’re comfortable quoting jobs, discussing scopes with clients, and providing accurate estimates.

Safety-Focused – You know the rules and follow them.

Great With People – Whether it’s teammates or clients, you’re clear, respectful, and easy to work with.

Fully Equipped – White card, driver’s license, and all the right tools to hit the ground running.
