Join a leading 3PL logistics provider supporting over 25 trusted names in the healthcare and medical industry. We're currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to handle medical and pharmaceutical products in a clean, well-organised warehouse environment.

About the Company:
Our client specialises in storing and distributing sensitive healthcare equipment and supplies. With their current site in Ermington and an upcoming move to a modern facility in Wetherill Park, this is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work in a stable and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating high reach forklift up to 9 metres (6 bay racking)
• Safely storing and retrieving medical equipment and stock
• Working in narrow aisle environments with precision and care
• General warehouse duties including put-away, replenishment, and pallet wrapping
• Assisting pickers and warehouse staff during downtime

Requirements:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience with high reach forklifts (9m racking)
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Experience handling medical, healthcare, or sensitive products highly regarded
• Must have own transport (limited public transport to both sites)
• Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen - Temp to Perm positions available
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate, $36 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm (flexibility with 3 shift times)
