Mid Murray Support Service (MMSS) is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians and thrive in a community-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent – required
✔️ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate – required

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Proficient in delivering all aspects of personal care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent initiative
• Confident in using mobile apps and electronic documentation
• Respectful of personal boundaries, dignity, and cultural needs

You Must Also Have:

• Valid Driver’s Licence – required
• Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance – required
• National Police Clearance and DCSI (Aged Care & Working with Children) – required
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations – preferred
