Tribute Cafe is looking for an experienced Cook who can prepare and plate up high quality, trendy brunch dishes and burgers. We are offering 15 - 24 hours per week. The availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

The successful applicant must be hard working and a team player, flexible hours and able to ensure food is produced in a timely manner, and to the appropriate quantities and standards at all times. They will also be responsible for, but not limited to:

Maintaining proper food consistency, quality and presentation at all times.

Minimising wastage by careful consideration of food preparation and storage methods.

Managing the demands of the commercial kitchen environment, under supervision of the Cafe Manager and Head Chef.

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

Certificate III in commercial cookery is essential

Must have minimum 1 Year previous experience in a similar role

Thursday-Sunday availability is essential (including some evening shifts)

Safe food handling certificate (or willing to obtain)

Hard working and a Team Player
