What you’ll bring

A strong sales mindset with a self-starter attitude

Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect

A genuine passion for rural life and supporting regional communities

A willingness to learn (insurance experience is a bonus, not a barrier)

ANZIIF qualifications and RG146 compliance (or ready to obtain)

Work directly with farmers and agribusiness clients to understand their risks and insurance needs

Build and grow a local portfolio through networking, referrals, and lead generation

Provide meaningful, customised solutions that earns long-term trust

Be a visible, respected presence in your region
