We're on the lookout for a confident and passionate Sales Associate to join a small, experienced team in Surry Hills. This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes in the fashion wholesale space, specialising in formalwear and partywear. If you love fashion, have great people skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, boutique-style environment - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding face-to-face service in a fashion showroom

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, with a focus on satisfaction and retention

Manage incoming enquiries via email and phone, offering tailored support

Collaborate with your team to fulfil and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency

Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback on market trends and growth potential

Maintain a calm, polished presence that reflects the standard of the product and brand

What you'll bring:

Experience in fashion, retail, or wholesale - ideally with formalwear or occasionwear

Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

A natural ability to build rapport and retain long-term clients

A love of fashion and a keen eye for style and detail

Fluent or native-level English
