About the role

Flex Recruit is seeking an experienced FIFO Supervisor to join the team, supporting project and maintenance work.

What you'll be doing

Client engagement to prepare scope of work.

Initial site visits to develop site and project familiarity

Supervise and coordinate an underground electrical/mechanical installation project

Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to senior management as needed

Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities

Liaise with other departments to optimise site productivity and resource utilisation

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a FIFO Supervisor or similar role in the mining industry, with S44 or S26 certification

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency
