Full-Time | 4-Year Apprenticeship Refrigeration and Air Conditioning under a Certificate III (UEE32220) with L.A AIR PTY LTD ABN:82610332682 BLD:316957 AU:56449

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time apprentice in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning under a Certificate III (UEE32220) training contract. This is a 4-year apprenticeship opportunity to be paid while you are learning, offering hands-on experience and one-on-one training with a highly experienced and qualified industry professional.

About the Role:

You will primarily work on the installation of reverse cycle air conditioning systems, including:

- Wall-mounted split systems

- Reverse cycle ducted split systems

This is a great opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience while working closely with our company director, who is a licensed Building Work Supervisor, and holds a Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with over 20 years of industry experience and is licensed to carry out this work.

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience is necessary, however, ideal candidates will be:

- Willing and enthusiastic to learn

- Comfortable using tools and working outdoors

- Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised when required

- Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable and take pride in their work

- Well-presented, respectful, tidy and a quick thinker suited to a fast-paced environment

Vehicle & Licence Requirements:

- A current driver's licence and access to a roadworthy and reliable vehicle is required

- Vehicle allowance of $0.98 per km or $100 per week (whichever is greater) is provided

- Higher allowance may be offered for applicants with a Ute, van, or vehicle with a tow bar and trailer towing experience

Pay & Benefits:

- Adults (21+): $954.10/week + car allowance + 11.5% super

- Juniors (<21): $635.63/week + car allowance + 11.5% super

- Uniform and PPE provided

- Annual pay increases

- Trade school attendance: 1 day per week during the school term

- National Police Check required for consideration (cost reimbursed)

- Open to current 1st - 4th year apprentices (payed as per award for respective year)
