About the role

H&B Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in our Brunswick, Victoria office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for driving the sale of residential properties, while receiving full support of our marketing team, helping you to accelerate your performance.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting for new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation activities

Organizing authorities, campaign ad copies, marketing, photos and all aspects of the pre sale process.

Arranging and hosting open house inspections and private viewings for potential buyers

Negotiating sales terms and contracts with buyers to secure the best outcomes for our clients

Providing exceptional customer service and support to both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process

Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all sales transactions

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of success

A passion for the real estate industry and self driven to become one of the best in the industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients

Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the confidence to close deals

A deep understanding of the property market and the factors that influence buyer behaviour

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
