📍 Location: Bundaberg, QLD

🕒 Role: Part-time, flexibility. Afterschool and Saturday morning availability required.

💰 Pay: $37-$55 per hour. Dependent on qualifications, open to negotiation.

💬 What’s Standing Strong?

Standing Strong™ is a wellness and resilience program for children aged 5–13. It’s fun. It’s active. It’s all about helping kids feel good from the inside out.

Each session brings together:

STRONG Body – Think movement, games, and fun challenges.

STRONG Mind – Positive thinking, goal setting, and self-talk makeovers.

STRONG Heart – Mindfulness, empathy, and emotional magic.

Our sessions build confidence, friendships, and real-life resilience skills.

And we do it all with a LOT of laughs and heart.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running energetic and inspiring group sessions

• Encouraging children to believe in themselves

• Leading hands-on activities, movement games, and mindfulness moments

• Being a positive role model and safe grown-up in their week

• Celebrating progress, effort, and every little win!

What You Bring

• You genuinely love working with children

• You’ve got a confident, upbeat, and warm presence

• You can guide a group, hold space, and keep things fun

• You have experience in education, health, wellbeing, or youth work

• You hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid
