About the Role:

This role focuses on the responsibility for transporting goods from a warehouse or business to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role involves operating a vehicle, managing delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow traffic rules at all times

Load and unload grocery orders carefully and accurately

Follow assigned delivery routes and ensure deliveries are on time

Provide friendly and professional service at each delivery stop

Record delivery information using a mobile app

Perform basic pre-checks on the vehicle and report any issues

Required Qualification

A valid full Australian driver’s licence

Full working rights in Australia

Valid police check

RSAT Certification

Online driving record

Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed (Ability to lift up to 15kg)

Strong organizational skills to adhere to delivery schedules

Effective verbal communication for customer interactions
