Sacred Heart College Geelong is excited to invite applications from passionate and committed educators to join our dynamic learning community in 2026. We are currently seeking teachers across a range of learning areas from Year 7 through to VCE.

About You
As a Classroom Teacher at Sacred Heart College, you bring a passion for learning and a commitment to nurturing the whole student. You understand the importance of inclusive, engaging, contemporary teaching practices and value strong relationships within a collaborative school community. You’re reflective, open to growth, and eager to contribute beyond the classroom, supporting student wellbeing and engaging fully in College life.
Key responsibilities and qualities include:
Designing and delivering engaging, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences
Using student data to guide planning, assessment and teaching practice
Embedding digital learning technologies and contemporary pedagogies to enhance learning
Supporting the development and wellbeing of the whole student
Building strong partnerships with students, families, and colleagues
Participating in co-curricular activities and College events
Embracing professional learning and reflection as part of your practice
You will also:
Hold current VIT registration
Ideally, have accreditation to teach in a Catholic school and/or to teach Religious Education (please indicate in your application if applicable)
