About the role

As a Yard Man Forklift Driver at Cassaform Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution facility located in Derrimut, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for efficiently and safely moving materials around the yard using a forklift.

What you'll be doing

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload and move materials, products and equipment in the warehouse yard

Ensure materials are stored and stacked properly and safely

Perform basic maintenance and inspections on the forklift and other equipment

Adhere to all health and safety procedures and guidelines

Work collaboratively with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to yard activities

What we're looking for

A valid forklift license with at least 1 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehousing or logistics environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedure

Leadership and guidance

Good communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
