About the Role

D&D Roof Vacuuming & Insulation Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow their skills in the roofing and insulation industry.

You’ll be supporting our experienced trades team on-site, helping deliver high-quality roof vacuuming and insulation services across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of specialised roof vacuuming and insulation equipment

Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment to and from job sites

Perform general labouring duties including clean-up, debris removal and site preparation

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area at all times

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Represent the company professionally on-site and assist with customer service when needed

Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor to support project completion

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in labouring, construction or trades (preferred)

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks in roof spaces and outdoor environments

A strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in your work

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Clear communication skills and a professional approach with clientS
