About the Role
Dixon Homes is seeking a reliable landscape labourer to join our team, specialising in residential new-build properties. You’ll be responsible for the final green touch to homes, prepping and laying quality turf across front and back yards.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys physical labour in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

Preparing residential sites for turf installation (raking, levelling, soil conditioning)

Laying and cutting natural turf with precision

Minor landscape installations such as letterboxes and garden beds

Working efficiently to meet daily/weekly project timelines

Maintaining job site cleanliness and safety

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

Physically fit and able to lift and carry turf rolls

White Card (Construction Induction) required

Driver’s licence (essential)

Able to work independently or as part of a small team
