What you’ll do

Job Search Assistance: Guide clients through job application processes, ensuring their applications stand out and help them put their best foot forward.

Resume Development: Help clients create compelling resumes that highlight their strengths and experiences.

Job Trial Canvassing: Identify and engage with prospective host employers to secure appropriate job trials for clients.

Host Employer Engagement: Regularly liaise with established network of host employers to maintain and grow working relationships.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, rehabilitation consultants and host employers. Provide updates on client progress, address any concerns, and ensure alignment on rehabilitation goals.

Reporting: Compile case notes and prepare necessary reports on client progress.

Who we are

Custodian Work Assist is a WA owned and operated workplace rehabilitation provider. We are accredited with WorkCover WA and Comcare, providing return to work assistance for Workers’ Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims. We shoot for the moon and strive to be the best at what we do, while staying humble and authentic.

We work alongside Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, a national exercise physiology and physiotherapy company, and in total have an amazing team of over 170 allied health and support staff across Australia.

What we’re looking for

• Tech-savvy? Great! Proficiency in the MS Office suite (word, Excel, MS Teams and Outlook) and a knack for systems generally is essential.
• Time management is your middle name, and your attention to detail could put a microscope to shame.
• Communication skills? Check. Interpersonal finesse? Double-check. You're the consummate professional.
• Trustworthy to the core, you handle sensitive information with ultimate discretion.
• We know the compensable injury space well, prior experience here would be great, but it’s not essential.
• Prior experience working in employment services/HR/recruitment/outplacement would give you the edge.
• Current C Class drivers licence also advantageous.
