Dickson Park Dental Surgery (Dickson) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who can fit the role of dental assistant as well as receptionist. Our team is dedicated to providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our patients and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about dental health and delivering excellent customer service.

【Responsibilities of Dental Assistant】

Assisting the dentist during patient procedures

Taking X-rays and impressions

Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments

Keeping patient records up-to-date

Making patients feel comfortable and assisting with their needs

Performing other duties as assigned by the dentist

【Qualifications】

Completion of dental assisting program or relevant education is highly regarded by not a must

Familiarity with dental equipment and software

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

A friendly and professional demeanour

【Responsibilities of Receptionist】

Answering and directing phone calls

Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient schedules

Greeting patients and handling patient check-ins and check-outs

Processing payments and handling patient billing inquiries

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the management team

【Qualifications】

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

A friendly and professional demeanour

Availability: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-3:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5:30pm
