OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a market leader in industrial drainage, waste management, and sewer/water maintenance solutions across Australia and New Zealand. With continued national growth and a strong industry reputation for safety, reliability, and performance, they are now looking to bring on a driven Field Officer to join the Bundamba operations team and lead from the front.

THE ROLE:

As a Field Officer, you will be performing the following duties but not limited to:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and coordinate crews onsite
• Ensure drive safety-first culture; lead pre-starts and safety discussions
• Be the client's point of contact on the ground
• Monitor job progress and provide regular updates and reports
• Coach and mentor team members to improve capability and performance
• Help shape the culture and performance of a growing depot

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Preferrably prior experience in industrial services or maintenance
• Sound knowledge of safety protocols and industrial equipment
• Good communication skills as the role may require you to face clients
• Valid driver's licence, White Card and willingness to travel as required
