We promote positive experiences for older people and those with disabilities by assisting them in their homes, and in their community, to remain independent.

Duties

Meal preparation, light housekeeping, provide companionship, and personal care

Community access (drive client's to appointments, assist with shopping)

Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.

Help clients with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living).

Passionate about making a difference.

Must haves

Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

Current drivers license and reliable vehicle

Must be able to work in Lismore and Ballina

NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)

Highly regarded

Experience with sara steadys

Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or equivalent).
